Enantis is a biotech SME based in the Czech Republic. Our main expertise lies in protein and enzyme engineering. We focus on our own pipeline of products as well as we provide confidential contract research services to other subjects. Enantis uses a highly innovative approach to in silico predictions of beneficial mutations in the protein sequence. These mutations are able to improve molecular stability, activity, or selectivity without any extra additives. For this, we use our proprietary software and long-term expertise. The sequence alterations are predicted by our unique protein engineering platform (energy and evolution predictions coupled with rational design). One of our products, hyper stable FGF2 has been engineered to be 50x more stable than its native counterpart. Similar commercially attractive molecules are being developed at Enantis. For our clients, we are able to improve molecules for industrial, pharma, or research purposes, as our engineering platform is highly universal.
